Research and Development Department is endeavoring to achieve the goal to which Lila Agrotech boast of each product is launched after extensive research and field trials. Lila Agrotech have a strong team comprising of senior agricultural scientists, microbiologist, soil scientist as well as fully equipped laboratory with sophisticated and advance instruments to conducts physio chemical as well as microbiological analysis. From the inception Lila Agrotech is guided by different technological support form educational institution like IIT Kharagpur, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vidlay( Mohanpur),Visva Bharati (Santinekitan) etc. 

 
Our research team has undertaken a project work to develop a Biodecomposer as a means of recycling the organic waste materials. A lot of microbes and fungi are selected and the team is persevering day and night to the effectivity of these microbes in the management of agricultural practices of crop production.

The innovative research on Biopesticides is another field where we expects a major break through within a short time and converts the laboratory work to process development as well.
